September 10: The Art of Screen Writing: Noel Jefferson: Mixed-media artist/photographer/screenwriter, Advisor-Facing Humanity.org/filmmaker

How many talented writers do we have in our club? We all have interesting stories that have shaped who we are and how we got to be where we are. Some may know where they want to go next. For those that are writing their autobiographies, could some defining moment be worthy of posterity? We have the opportunity of hearing how translating your story into an art form (theater or film) might be within your grasp.

We will have the opportunity to learn about Screenwriting from Noel Jefferson, Noel is offering a class “Screenwriting Made Easy” at Blue Ridge Community College (October 16th – December 6th). Interested? Come to the meeting and invite a friend.

A 2-year collaborative “Sting” operation that, “Brought down” “The Ice Man;” led to one-on-one conversations with the now retired, Chief Dominick Poliferone of New Jersey’s Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms, a.k.a. “ATF…” Noel’s script created Buzz” and subsequent production meetings with film producer, Richard Brick, at the Cannes Film Festival!.
